Benefits, free snacks and drinks, you really do get the chance to turn around customer's experiences and are often times armed with good tools to handle most situations.

Dislikes

Toxic positivity is a huge problem. Also since the layoffs, it's been really difficult to actually advocate for customers since management is more concerned with bottom line. Often times, you feel like you're actually ruining customer's lives since you only really take calls if something is going wrong.

You get bounced around from team lead to team lead with no choice in the matter and a lot of times you get stuck with someone who feels the need to micromanage... Even though you've gotten plenty of promotions and raises along the way, and have proven yourself over and over. In 3 years I had over 5 different team leads.
