Likes

The management of the company is extremely rigid and they do not aim to make improvements in the process and adapt to change. Given that we live in an agile world, adapting and improvising is very important. I feel that this is lacking majorly. There is no growth for work life balance and we are forced to work 16+ hrs a day. Cartus is a money making machine that do not treat their employees with respect.
