Delayed Salary. No proper intimation on leaves. No increment. No job security. Lack of morals. Proper work equipments are not provided to work. Design Studio with bad employee experience. I faced harsh words from the head of Design Studio, which is not a good way treating an employee.

The company is mainly focused towards graphics and design. I was working as a Backend developer in this company. It rapidly adapts latest technology. Has lots of great projects like cricket.com. For some projects we also get opportunities to work at client side in there working environment. This company also focuses on employee satisfaction. And they also provide good hike to there employees. Overall best company.

Dislikes

The company is awesome but only main thing that I didn't like is that this company doesn't own it's own product. So sometimes, this company faces lots if financial issues. But company management is also good, so employees will get there salaries on time.

Everything about the company is best. Good culture, Great pay and benefits, awesome management. Great place to learn and work. Its been wonderful to be a part of the company.
