As per my experience, colleagues and teammates, seniors specially Richa mam, harendra sir is very supportive. Only one thing is bad that is work life balance. Too much pressure at the same time. HR activities is not happening to light up the mood of the employees. They don't motivate thier employees if thier employees are demotivate. They motivate only those who are doing very well.

It's very sad to say that our company has even not paid March salary, as we worked for that month, neither replying to any calls or messages

Yes, as they have not paid the even our march salary, need help but no help accessed from their side

Likes

Company provides fruitful training for both freshers and experienced employees of our company. Give opportunities to work with CMMi level 5 MNC client with different technologies. I like their employees re-hire policy.

Dislikes

I don't like the salary structure of 16th jan to 15th feb. They hold the salary of first month. They deduct 2000rs for consecutive 3 months but after completion of 3 months they neither gave that compensation which was already mentioned in nor they provide salary on time for the first 2 - 3 months. And they forced the employees to sign a bond after completion of 6 months. If you don't sign that bond then they will hold your upcoming salary. They even didn't gave a tag of permanent employees even after completion of 6 months. The work pressure is very much high. Sometimes you have to work on leave and off.
