Things work really fast, ideas are executed faster than any other organization i have worked with till now. HR policies are strong, bosses cannot screw people over for their personal grudges. All teams are always ready to jump on a call to solve a problem, or an escalation or bridge a process gap. On hands onboard all the time. The way tenured team members are always ready to help and share knowledge for the product and services and internal processes, is impeccable. unlike some organization where information is kept secret, and it becomes hard for new employees to survive. Here @cars24 financial services team is very helpful and supportive.

Talking about company company is good they pay you on time and have many other benefits but their is no work life balance specially in B2B department they tell you to work from morning 9 till 11 pm at night and 7 days a week poor management every body just want to give their work on others shoulders not support from top management no carrier growth
