1. Politics & Micromanagement. 2. Responsibility without authority. 3. Illogical targets until you leave. 4. No transparency on annual appraisal, low appraisal even after achieving AOP & targets. 5. Overall, the company is good but the management is responsible for bad culture.

I have worked in many company there are many delay in salary but in this company i got salary on very accurate time line.

There is no job security in this company on 1st july 2024 i recieved google meet link from HR and said that company is closing your department and that department has been moved to gurgaon. They not give us an internal job posting oportunity. It is tuff to get job in this middle

"If you work hard, your salary will be withheld if you take any leave. After six months, I took a leave, and HR management withheld my salary without any reason. My manager also stated not to withhold anyone's salary, but mine was still held. I am a new joiner and was awarded performer of the month, yet this type of behavior persists from HR management."
