This company like Ghar Ghar game of kids. No proper rules and regulations, no consistency in commitments. I was an on roll employee of Cars24 when I joined. Suddenly he shifted me in third party company(off roll) But it is best company for lazy employees. Means jo Kaam employees 2hrs me kar sakte hai usko pura din lagate hai, q ki jaldi Kaam khatam Ho gaya to time pass Kaise hoga😅😅 If you care about your career, and some goals in your life. Then it's not for you. Par agar life me time pass karna hai to achha station hai.

Nothing there to be liked as it is all unorganised

Dislikes

...sn't give week off to associate s and then complaint when they leave the system. You are asked to work on festivals n holidays and take double pay. Also being in HR you are asked to come to office on weekends too roster wise mentioning one HR person should be there on the floor.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA.
