Almost minimal appraisal. You can barely skim above inflation rate. Extreme work pressure. Disoriented processes and no defined guidelines on work. Ambiguity on your defined role and deliverables and subjective evaluation during reviews.

Dislikes

...sn't give week off to associate s and then complaint when they leave the system. You are asked to work on festivals n holidays and take double pay. Also being in HR you are asked to come to office on weekends too roster wise mentioning one HR person should be there on the floor.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
