Working as cars24 has been quite fulfilling for me.The salary,opportunities for promotion,job satisfaction and work life balance all are excellent here.My experience with the company has great ,and the people here are very supportive helpful by nature.

...li hai aur ab unhi ke sath team chalaa rahe hai. Customer experience ghatia hai. Kam salary mai graduates rakhe hai jinhe kuch nahi ata. Kuch managers hai jinka naam lena nahi chata yaha but vo bohot hi ghatia hai. Ache professional managers hire Karo or gadho ki fauz ko hatao yaha se.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Work load is too high you have to work in high pressure sometimes you have to do work after office hour

...f good reviews.It’s handled by the ORM team … oops the same was all fired!! Yes, but there is a positive for sure here, ur salary comes on time and also ur FnF when u ultimately get fed up with the company.

...the difference is around 5-8%. Most of the employees end up with 1-2% appraisal. So basically if u consider inflation ur salary will also get depreciated every year.

I am disappointed about frequently process change If customer didn't wants to sell his car after token they deduct the amount from our salary The incentive program was good when i started 2.5 years ago. But today is worst i or we give our full effort after that we earn 5k to 8k maximum incentive I have spend 2.5 years in this company With 0 rupees of appraisal. The company was good higher management is also doing great job but TM ZM Have different attitude and when someone promote to store manager to Zm or Tm they think they are god now they didn't pickup calls after becoming zm or tm.
