Giving best in segment salary

Dislikes

Management is here to such the blood of the employees, no time to go but you have to come before time. Never given complete incentive and you can't imagine how could they fired without any reason. If the manager is not happy, you are fired. Very bad management and the leads goes to them who are shoe licker.

There is nothing much to discuss about likes. Yeah training part is good and salary gets credited on time.

Dislikes

No proper support from reporting boss. No leadership qualities present in mid level management, office politics, firing people is more frequent then hiring, no logical analysis of market and data
