...work pressure on ground staf and fir the staff when they want job security is 0. No incriment, no bonus, nothing they all ways try to cut salery. HR department is useless 0.

I have worked in many company there are many delay in salary but in this company i got salary on very accurate time line.

There is no job security in this company on 1st july 2024 i recieved google meet link from HR and said that company is closing your department and that department has been moved to gurgaon. They not give us an internal job posting oportunity. It is tuff to get job in this middle

...hetic leave policy, they dint giv u leave... inki maa mar jati h leave ka sun k Poor salary,no increment,zero incentive.. they will nvr giv u incentive every 6 months they will fire ppl... funding pe chal rahi h ye.. toxic wrk culture.. no growth depresion mai chle jsoge they r psying 18000 salary in guargaon.... founder gwar hh... naukar samjta h emoloyee ko... har bar pip ka bahana mar kar layoff kr dete h cost cutting karne k liye... bhsi inke palle paise nahi.. mehul agarwal ko atta chskki khol leni chaiyee... fraud company

Only the salary come on 1st of every month that was the best part rest was the worst experience and wrong decision joining cars24

Dislikes

Managers were biased. No support was there from the higher management. Only 2-3 person was supported every time for every recognition rest were given worst dealerbase to handle.
