Company policies not flexible and so much politics and worst work culture and total scrap most of the employee experience is fake and not related to this field. Fake policies and one of the worst policy is HR Policy if anyone planning to join in this company pls avoid.

Healthy competetive environment. Great teamwork between colleagues. Transparency of management. Policies of company are also Good. For example during the covid period treat was offered for free.

Work life balance,job security -depends up on manager ,no proper management as no difference in between salary of a telecaller and retail Executive. Imp part is their is no appreciate or no respect even u r a good performer, only they need their monthly basis target.
