...nefits for an associate in incentives. We can only earn maximum of 5k incentive. Salary cuts also there even from basic pay. No support for an associate. I raised a complaint regarding operations team no one cares about even the hr also. Having always tussled fed up with the work. Will get the pressure from sales hierarchy, from customers, from operations, from sales. Thank you

Dislikes

...li hai aur ab unhi ke sath team chalaa rahe hai. Customer experience ghatia hai. Kam salary mai graduates rakhe hai jinhe kuch nahi ata. Kuch managers hai jinka naam lena nahi chata yaha but vo bohot hi ghatia hai. Ache professional managers hire Karo or gadho ki fauz ko hatao yaha se.
