Only the support director behaviour is the main problem. do the top level micromanagement, for the single issue creates an environment of war, the man has not control on his words, always has the curiosity single things and makes an topic to the whole support team, if you are not in the favour of that person, you will not stay much longer than 3 months, not provide you the proper training and expect from you to do the big issues however you have not having the idea of the issue. Not having the proper differentiate between manager and director, all the things will be taken care by him only. If your performance is high then he will talk about your knowledge and if your knowledge is high he will talk about your performance, politics and policies changes depends on the mood ,he will fire you at one day like the strategy, not having job security in support department. Work from home is the big task to ask, Only the main boss is likeable person.

No work life Balance Support Director is a very dislikable man. He only micromanages and only keeps asking people about their work again and again. Gets his political views out all the time. Training new employees is the worst. No proper training and Documentation is all about the old system and not the current system Also they took exams all the time and expect you to understand the system completely within 3 months. If you don't then they release you. Its like a school environment and most the employees are freshers so they mostly live in fear. There is no proper way to measure an employee's performance. Only looks at number of tickets. He doesn't even read what the contents of the ticket are. If employee has analyzed the situation better or not. Doesn't differentiate between L1,L2 and L3. Expects everyone to do all the jobs. Also will keep constantly changing their policies and the way work is done. One day they will tell you that do these many tickets, the next day will get angry at you for doing too many tickets. Its all here and there. Also takes meetings for the silliest things - coming early to work, not leaving late etc. He keeps commenting on your weakness, will comment if you take a few coffee breaks. No growth, old tech and only blame game when something goes wrong. That manager just does not shut up. Also the free food is not good. They keep changing the restaurants because a housefly is found in the food. But the other restaurants also you will find some bug or plastic piece on it. Stay away if you are in support. There are much better companies out there. Maybe would be better if that manger was fired and replaced by some other better ITIL Certified Director. Unfortunately he is the friend of the main boss(who's a pretty good guy) so doesn't seem likely.

Free food which you avoid after a week as its horrible

Nothing.. Magic technology which no one use in whole world. No dotnet java no software development life cycle.. Only 10 developers out of 72 employees

There is no management in carpro and training is not done properly in that company. After hiring new employees, they fire them before 6 and after they finish work, they make a new policy every evening.HR does not talk to employees after interview.After 6 months, employees do not get confirmation early.
