Managers are horrible in the marketing team They do not work but show that they are working immensely hard. They play lots of politics, try to bring juniors down every time. At the time of interview, HR instructs us that keep your alert from managers. Senior Managers even say that you can leave and find new jobs and we will not deduct your salary. For me to leave jobs managers were pointing out mistakes again and again so that I can leave. The 2 women managers are very dangerous, they say if we give more work load to a person and point out mistakes again and again the candidate will himself leave the organization. There are 2 female managers and one male manager who constantly insults, abuses and humiliates juniors in the organization. Worst decision of life.

Delay in salary, Dishonoring compensation promised in Offer letter, No appraisals, Top Management biased and unconcerned, huge delay in vendor payments(almost a year in some cases,unprofessional, hire and fire policy (at whims and fancy of management and not on merit)

...ot deposited by the employer while employee share deducted on monthly basis . 4.my 5 months salary is still pending and there is no proper response regarding to pay the same due to which I resigned. 5 even their attitude is still proudy about carnival and they are not ready to accept the things. 6 my life is suffering this company wy. 🙄

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give not good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 3 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
