I AM REALLY SATISFIED TO WORK WITH CARNATION INDUSTRIES LTD BECAUSE OF ITS WORK CULTURE , TEAM-MATES , TRAINING & CAREER GROWTH ALSO .

EVERYTHING IS FINE BUT SALARY PACKAGE IS NOT ACTUALLY BALANCED WITH THE PRESENT MARKET SCENARIO, JOB SECURITY IS ALSO NOT PROPER & MOST OF THE FACILITIES ARE NOT AVAILABLE WITH PRESENT CORPORATE SECTOR TERMS .

Excellent company to work with.Though the pay package is bit low but still the culture is fantastic.You will just love to be with this company where the atmosphere is homely.Everybody is there to guide you, to correct you in your mistakes, stand by you in your problems.

At very early I joined as a Sr.export coordinator & from last 2 years worked as a Quality assurance In charge at this company.Everything is good except promotional activities just like future career. Everyone is too much cooperative & the work culture also very fine...

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
