Good for people who love teaching and for those who love the English Language. However, there is absolute no pay during the Covid crisis as classes aren't in progress.

There isn't much to like about this institution and that's exactly why I've given it 1 star however, if I have to find something that'd be the fact that our rooms are air conditioned and the fact that we will get tea everyday. Sometimes, the parties are fun which is something I've always enjoyed.

...people get fired, they party hard because they can get peace somewhere else. Salary is stagnant. It NEVER increase unless you ask and even if you ask, it won't increase. So their idea is basically profit only. Being a Christian institute, I don't think how they can be profit-oriented. Salary should be increased automatically without even asking. Also, there's no compensation or benefits. Now to make things worse, you don't even get salary sometimes. Company culture is what drove this institution down to be frank. Work politics is awful. Teachers are spied by IP cameras, spy workers and what not? Spying is just an awful activity in my opinion. Even students really make fun of these things. Even students are being spied on. Getting a leave is just difficult even for a genuine reason. People who don't take leaves are somehow encouraged. How is that even real? Work-life balance is almost non-existent. I mean, many companies have a 5 day work week and this institution has a 6 day work week. Well, that's archaic for sure. There's no life, it's just work. When I was there, I was exhausted to the core. Career growth isn't there because when there is no increase in salary, how can there be career growth? Work satisfaction is poor because whenever there is a meeting, it's all about negativity. If there's a meeting it's to put a blame on the teachers for failing in their own jobs. An institution must get students and it's the skill of the management but the management is extremely poor that they don't get students so what they do is to blame that on teachers. This is the truth!
