Well to me it's business as usual am here because its only opportunity I have at hand at the moment, since the lockdown started they have give any pocket money to staff, but one thing is sure they provide whiter rice for afternoon and night while bread for breakfast. Am just managing and hoping things will go fine so that we can go back to work though alot of people lose their job due to this pandemic but all thanks to God we are alive have our job.

There was more working opportunities lying there but the working atmosphere getting at different angle is slow because of certain consequences. The working environment is too good one can definitely grow up.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
