No system available. When you join no offer latter joining latter given. They think you work 10-12 hours daily. No man power available as per work load. Management behaviour not good to employees. No work life balance..if you miss your bus no transport facility available. And daily need to stay beyond duty hours.

you can learn a lot .....many opportunities ...but dont keep very high expectation by looking at the name of it ....no politics job security is there . rest just like any other company

In Dhoot Transmission working freedom is there and nerabout all employees are coming from best group so working culture is good

Work Environment is very bad. The work pressure is very high daily , I have to work 12-13 hours and sometimes it's 15 hours. Not support from manager they call at any time after 15 hours work done suddenly calling and ask anything its not in plan then shouting unnecessary.
