No salary according to our external experience. Lack of modern equipments to provide better care. No efficient doctors are in some ICU. Some consultants are arrogant. They scratch nurses. Not recruiting much male nursing staffs. Male patients are more comfortable with male staffs. Nurses supposed to spend time with other than patient care. This consumes time and hence patients can't get better care. Very old hospitals with old incharges and supervisors made some departments are in bad working culture. Due to bad working culture, senior staffs are not staying and it affects entire departments. Many more

Everything, starting from the work environment to the pay scale, are all good. The hospitals also conducts many programs, which lets the staff get into something more their job duties. Caritas is an organization that values active and energetic people. In short, I just simply loved, enjoyed and studied many things from the time I spent there.

I don't really know if there is anything to dislike in Caritas.

Overall working environment is beneficial for learning and practicing. Multi speciality hospital serves every need of an individual. Management also look forward to improve staff satisfaction through several means of cultural activities.

As a nurse working in Emergency department, evening & night shifts become hectic in a crowded atmosphere.

The first and most thing is their positive approach to the staffs . They are focusing on customer ecstasy along with employee delight.I had worked there for 5 years and now i am not working there and still iam saying proudly that I am a Caritasian .

I was treated positively there .So i don't have any bad experience .

General surgery department is one of the best in South India and I think it will achieve further heights in the coming years ..thanks to excellent determination and team work by all consultants..

Opds are less spacious..MRD System needed to be updated...
