Dislikes

No salary according to our external experience. Lack of modern equipments to provide better care. No efficient doctors are in some ICU. Some consultants are arrogant. They scratch nurses. Not recruiting much male nursing staffs. Male patients are more comfortable with male staffs. Nurses supposed to spend time with other than patient care. This consumes time and hence patients can't get better care. Very old hospitals with old incharges and supervisors made some departments are in bad working culture.
