Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

In compare to other organizations they provide good salary package and health insurance whıch is very good

No job security, any time ur job can gone without prior information, very rude behaviors of Manager and director, if you want to leave they not willing to let u go as long as they want, önce theır work done through u away.

...interview time. The manager and seniors are not coming operative and supportive. They are good earning and profitable company but still they pay very less salary.
