Company policy and Payroll on time for all employees. However online learning program managed by Cargotec is also helpful for employees.

Management not thinking on behalf of employees and also if the employees took the leave for family time, they are not able to enjoy the leave. Also no personal growth

Team mates are "Zero ". totally under qualified resources. Dirty politics. People have planned their retirements there itself. Highest qualification is diploma. Diploma holders are DGM's and BCOM people are managers. Imagine fate of the organization.

As I am working in this company from past 12 years I feel that it's family environment. It's every day new learnings and innovative. Product portfolio are good no competitor can beat.

Good Work Life Balance and job security. Cargotec product have an amazing brand value and it helps a lot.

Very poor on training’s, Only top management is well trained, career growth beyond a point is very limited

I am retired in 2014 and management has given me a extension of 3 1/2 years ...2018 may 31st.relived due to my personal problems. I come back to my hometown Cochin..now I am seeking a job in my hometown.
