Nothing good about the company. The good thing is that, you get your salary before 7th of every month.

Work life balance zero.HR policies are very bad. Development team is not supportive, specially seniors, they think themselve govt. Emp and works as per their comfort level.

Salary and incentives are quite better than everything else.

There is no career growth at all, seniors think themselves as GOD whether they are frog of a well... No working environment people sometimes exploit other juniors or colleagues by playing politics cards. Even licking shoes of seniors is common here and one will get opportunity by just show off whether he/she knows nothing about the project.

1. Some managers know they will try for the best for you but the political pressure not allow them to go in your favour. 2. Having supporting employees, they helps you in your work with better approach. 3. Good festival celebrations. 4. Easy Leave approvals

Dislikes

1. Too much politics for salary increment. 2. Zero management 3. Random Leave policy changes, like: if any holiday comes on Friday or Monday it will be removed from calenders. If you see in previous year calendar it will show same leaves available. No policy are in favour of employees. Only in Favour of Employer 2. All your credit goes to managers 3. There are no personal time, you should always be available 24*7. 4. Trust issues with employees, 4 types of your work status need to filled, Type 1. Fill Excel sheet for every min status what have you done, where were you busy with meeting details Type 2. TFS, User Stories Update with timings and with explanations, why you took this much of time! Type 3. System has a software named Prohance that track your each and every single activity. Type 4. Daily Standup meeting All should match with eachother. 5. Even though, you complies all there wants, your performance rating goes 9.8 out of 10 or 10 out of 10. Your increament is not based on the ratings. It's totally depends on the management. And after increment if you ask why it's happened, they give you the baseless explanations. 6. Founder not listening to there employees, they always go with the managers. They don't need the person who cares for the company and the work you are doing. They just care for relatives. 7. Whole responsibility are on developers. Not on Other teams like testing and BA. 8. HR will not help you. They are just a puppet. There are many other points that low down your moral. No support, There is no motivation. No new learnings. They always find a new way, how to stop employees to not say anything about them. Too much pressure on each employees, they not even cares about persons impacting life.

In Company you can learn technology fast because every one so supportive and company will give a time to learn new things and you have get all access for code so you can easily understand their code and solve bug . Senior developer help if you get in any trouble .

Dislikes

Cargoflash comparison of other company their office culture is poor. Company will not give any facility like canteen , game fun and many more he used to only do work so sometime employees get frustrated so that's it

This is the worst company anyone can ever think off. If anyone wants to spoil his/her complete career then he/she can join this company.

Dislike for this company is very small word, they cannot see you happy is the only motive and end goal of managers here. Managers sitting in basement cabins are of cheap mentality and for girls this company is not safe at all. There is much more I want to say,but my only suggestion to you is don't ever go for even interview believe me it is my worst nightmare till date. You will stuck for your whole life they won't even let you go for interviews. Believe me I am normal and highly qualified person and this is genuine review.
