Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!

...ment is worst and having selfish people and politics is high in cargill society. No body listen the issue of ground level worked salary also very low and there is no growth in 3 year hard work. Here Only on roll employee safe but not thirdparty employees. No care no facilities nothing. In covid situation also terminating only thirdparty without any intimations in covid situations... For thirdparty employee cargill is not a safe place to grow..is my experience only

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is high. Managers do not value an individual's unique strengths. Also there is no on job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is a pain sometimes.
