Dislikes

...years even after contributing our best for process migration and improvement. No proper correction on salary even when outside hire and freshers are taking double than what an experienced person. Employee retention is worst, they will not even ask why you are leaving. They only say IF YOU LEAVE THERE IS NO LOSS TO PROCESS OR ORGANIZATION.

U just need to forget that u have a personal life... Sacrifice and work for the company... Overall u should work for 14 hours a day minimum... Think before joining. Health or wealth... For me health is important otherwise just earn and spend everything for medications.

Pay is awesome and best. They compete with Big4 in terms of pay. But terrible management. You will definitely loose best health and patience levels. All bpo worst managers will torture you like hell. No worklife balance at all. You need to work min of 14 hours a day. Only thing you can relax and logout on time will be on fridays just because you will have 2 days to complete your tasks you can relax on Friday. Trust me if you want only money then it is best. If you want work life balance peace and the best management then refrain from this torture and terrible company. You can’t imagine the torture that management will give you. At the times you will loose your confidence and trust on yourself. They will torture you like you need leave or die. Only these two options. Make a good decision before joining. My suggestion- there are many other companies to choose.
