80% people are trying to leave the job because of the poor work culture but most are locked here because even though skillfull Carestack makesure they are locked by making them unhirable by giving them a hige salary. Eg: a 3 year experience person working in Trivandrum will be paid around 22lakhs plus. They will call you and wake you up at 2am in the morning and that too not even for a critical stuff. They will call you up and expect your response when you on sick leave or during weekends. And after everything, they will make sure you still feel terrible because the requirements are so bad that engineers feel bad for writing good code for bad features

Steep learning curve for understanding the entire product but that's a feature, not a bug. It takes time to get fully acquainted with the different workflows and features.

Its kinda of a hustle culture here, so it might now align with the comfort you get in an MNC.

...aily allocated minutes and production; absolutely there is no work life balance. There is a lot of reductions on their salary package but the employee will not get any benefits from that . I rarely seen some employees who have been working with this company more than a year, most of them usually resigning within a year . Management doesn't ready to give a ear to understand the difficulties and challenges on job especially if you are doing the basic claim specialist role . Career growth can be a comedy they wouldn't increase your salary as much you may expected. Also the transport they offer is not free. Better work with some other companies.

You will never run out of tasks. You'll have a ton of stuff to do everyday.

Communication doesnot happen a lot between teams as everyone is occupied with their own stuff. This is something they have identified as a flaw and are working on.
