Worst Work life balance. Overtime pay is rejected no matter how long you work outside of your shift. Replacing all the seniors with freshers. No regard to employees health. Removed shift allowance for 12-9 shift. Constant work pressure. Forced to work on weekends.

In initial stages company was very good. but now everything is HR driven

In the initial years of the company. Company was very good now the only focus goes with cost cutting, reducing the hikes, micromanagement and no support to the employees from management.

No Festivals Celebration No Gifts for even main festivals Leadership is not supportive No shift allowance No OT for extended hours and weekend support Leaves policy is not good.

Definitely the company is good , and the work life balance is also good . Coming to salary the company pays well .

only thing which needs to looked upon is promotions because of pyramid structure it follows.

In this company only transport team ,training period and salary on date is excellent.

Dislikes

Rest full cost cutting doing from top management, management as become worst and some team leaders or disgusting, paid food is worst, no promotions, no good hike , shift timings changes unwanted to cut allowances. Employees suffer a lot .
