Dislikes

They do not have have any knowledge how to handle client, if any issues arise they ask to work on different project, once work is done they treat employee shit. They are biggest scammer they deduct 1000 month as retention but they will not giveback if they terminated or if someone drop the papers..

Worst company I have never seen in my life, I have total 8 years experience and I attended interview here that idiot manager victor( Vignesh) asked casual questions didn't asked abt ar denials and after waiting for so many days stated not selected and my performance was not upto mark if no question is asked how can these bloody idiots can judge very worst management dnt join here they dnt eve pay properlu I think

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
