Pretty much every thing apart from security and salary. But I cannot put this on entire company could be issue with my project. There is one issue, which is related to internal job postings. many have mentioned that people are already fixed before attending interview and interviews for different roles are kept just for formality.

Providing shift allowance and yearly bonus, gift voucher, impact awards.

Dislikes

Shift allowance have been removed and no more yearly once bonus will be provided hereafter and moreover going forward all the benefits will be removed.

For a fresher it is a good company with good salary you will learn corporate work culture skills depends how we are taking things company culture will be awesome 😎 work satisfaction for freshers will be superb and and it majorly prioritise to women's safety and it is the first and foremost priority ensure the safeness of women

Nothing more to say bad about this company we won't get promotion easily we need give lot of output to prove ourselves rather than that everything will be under control, job security will be nice and women safety will be good

Till now before Legaro it was okay later after changing to Carelon it's becoming worthless of work and salary which getting paid. Also, now removing the allowances then it remains regular compare to other company, mostly we choosen this company to opt the good pay but that main thing is remaining as fail to get it.

Very high work pressure,and leads are living in there own world not listening to any associate and helping them to resolve your issue,and at the time of joining they will show you big dreams like 2 days work from home and many more but after joining nothing like that you will found .
