They compare with Legato standards and if your salary is less than their bracket then they will normalize it (Depends on manager) 4. WFH flexibility 5. Work life balance. Regular shift starts from 12 to 9. And it extends so that is only bad thing at Legato.

...re consequences by senior management. Favoritism is followed. Unethical company. People forced to work on night shifts and weekends without extra pay.

Initial pay is very good.

Dislikes

No work life balance. No hikes after initial pay. Higher Management needs to take care of associate issues. Attrition is very high, have to see how the management takes care of it.
