When it comes to work culture and work environment its one of the best. People here are highly friendly and supportive. Everyone here will be happy to help with anything here. I don have much idea about work area as i was hired in lockdown. Many activities will be carried out through out to keep us always cheered and refreshing.

Salary is decent but can’t expect much with hike. Lots if competition for the career growth. One drawback here is the notice period with is 90 days.

Team lead behavouir is horrible. Manager is not supportive. No appreciation. No salary benefits. No other benefits. Horrible Food. Toxic Teamlead. Toxic environment. Leads wont stand by your side. No matter how much you contribute towords the work, Team lead is blind to recognise. 0/10 rating.

Pretty much every thing apart from security and salary. But I cannot put this on entire company could be issue with my project. There is one issue, which is related to internal job postings. many have mentioned that people are already fixed before attending interview and interviews for different roles are kept just for formality.

No vision in leadership leading to company being stagnant from 4 years Lot of politics at higher management level Being a product company, we are working more like a service company Onshore treating carelon employees as vendor resource with no respect Lot of favouritism with few individuals by supervisors
