Pretty much every thing apart from security and salary. But I cannot put this on entire company could be issue with my project. There is one issue, which is related to internal job postings. many have mentioned that people are already fixed before attending interview and interviews for different roles are kept just for formality.

Quality of work depends on teams you are part of. May or may not get opportunity to work on different or interesting technologies depending on what project team is currently working on.

No salary increment, even your team member who is working under you might be getting more salary than you even if you are one of the most consistent guy who has delivered the most in and around your hierarchy span.

No work life balance, worst team culture i have ever seen so i left organisation within 6 months, team leads used to abuse and dominate on every front. Whatever team lead is saying just associate have to follow it. There is no reply when you complain of these abusive behaviour of team lead. All senior management is same and the will do politics and kick you out of the company so that you dont go to higher level to highligt team lead and its senior behaviour

Terrible and worst company! Team Lead behavior is not ethical towards employee. I was in CSBD tower and work culture there was just "Yuckk". ADM Mr Sree, his associates Mr Ramineni krishna Chaityna and His friend Mr Ashok. They will make your life hell by saying inappropriate words. They will constantly say that we have done favour on you by giving job, you should be thankful to us otherwise you are just a manual tester. They don't care about work done. You cant be late for half an hour otherwise they will shout at you. Extreme Regionalism, Next level Politics, I reached out to every level even to HR also. HR said, you have to learn to deal with these kind of people.
