Terrible and worst company! Team Lead behavior is not ethical towards employee. I was in CSBD tower and work culture there was just "Yuckk". ADM Mr Sree, his associates Mr Ramineni krishna Chaityna and His friend Mr Ashok. They will make your life hell by saying inappropriate words. They will constantly say that we have done favour on you by giving job, you should be thankful to us otherwise you are just a manual tester. They don't care about work done. You cant be late for half an hour otherwise they will shout at you. Extreme Regionalism, Next level Politics, I reached out to every level even to HR also. HR said, you have to learn to deal with these kind of people.

Yes, Good place to work at Legato. I feel no work pressure that helps us to have the work life balance and also Employees are receiving good salary hike % every year. Management is helping hand when you are interested to change your designation I.e., if QA interested to change the Role to Dev and if you have stuff to Handel it then the management is ready to give you the opportunity and change the Role.

Expecting the Hybrid model Work from Home Policy should be implemented for long term.

Pay and compensation is fine. WFH option is still available for few more weeks.

Work life balance. Shift time makes this balance worse. 12pm to 9pm is not a good time to work if you are looking to have a healthy work life balance.

Good office and good number of colleagues (only few) Good salary while entering the company. Good wlb depending on teams.

No promotions. Less hikes. No certifications to all employees. Senior Directors favours only one gender. Other gender is practically dead. Most leads and managers are dumber than security guards. Skill development is basically zero. Culture is toxic in nature. Nobody wants to stay . Favourite employees get promotions and get retained on last day of notice period. Managers don't know how to talk. Zero people skills if don't want the employee anymore. IJP is a piece of joke and it's fixed even before role is announced. More politics in this company than BJP vs Congress. Bonuses given to employees in hidden manner.

Team lead behavouir is horrible. Manager is not supportive. No appreciation. No salary benefits. No other benefits. Horrible Food. Toxic Teamlead. Toxic environment. Leads wont stand by your side. No matter how much you contribute towords the work, Team lead is blind to recognise. 0/10 rating.
