Pathetic management, politics within the team and the managers. When the culture and behavior of managers and leads are not good forget about the salary. Managers and leads are more interested in knowing your personal life and gossiping about every detail. Cunningly and taking it to the top level of management to review performance rating. The more you say Yes to them and the more you agree to their ways of working you will be rewarded. Don't show case your new ideas , they will not appreciate it cox they would love to carry on the olden ways of how they were doing it. Pathetic I would say. May be there are no one to voice this out as each one is busy saving their reputation and success etc. They will even put you down to create their career path and you will be laid off soon. Better staying away from this organization than being depressed with such people.

Till now before Legaro it was okay later after changing to Carelon it's becoming worthless of work and salary which getting paid. Also, now removing the allowances then it remains regular compare to other company, mostly we choosen this company to opt the good pay but that main thing is remaining as fail to get it.

Company is good salary and benefits when you assigned to the project there it depends on your work life balance depends on team and management. I have work under bad team and poor management and no improvement for my carrier growth

Policies are good but a company is made by its people. If you are fortunate, you will work with good team mates and everything would be good. If you are not so lucky, then you might have a hard time. It is not just legato, it’s the case with every other IT company. -work culture is good. Some streams/ projects have scope of working with good technology and hence growth opportunities. - Unless you are very bad at what you do, you are safe here as like everywhere else.
