...angement is trasnsparet. There is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company politics are good, appraisals ate fair and they good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There qa bond of 2 yearw before which you cannot resign. Or the job training is not given to new joinees.

... I'll lose my job after two months they called me and ask me e you can join non. I am from that time there was of other deduction of salary for every level and from past one year there is no increment also for this pandemic situation they are telling their business is not going well but we have lots of business and we have lots of work also.

I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
