Overall it is good to work with CareerNet. Lot of learning is applicable for freshers only. Job is very much secure. Work culture will be good. Work life balance will be there.

...angement is trasnsparet. There is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company politics are good, appraisals ate fair and they good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There qa bond of 2 yearw before which you cannot resign. Or the job training is not given to new joinees.

The company is just paying the managers who does not work much. If they hire some 2-3 people who can be offered with same salary of managers can be helpful for the company growth.
