Since its a consultancy,I learned a lot about different market conditions, companies their tech stack,their salary structure,their work etc which kept me updated in the market and gave me excellent market knowledge. It also provided me to opportunities to grow as well as connect with experts in the field. As a fresher out of college, Careernet gave me an excellent start. Monthly awards are presented at Careernet which boosts the energy of the employee

Dislikes

Work pressure could be more at times and targets could be more than expected. Salary& hikes could be improved especially in metropolitan cities as their cost of living is high.

First they take you for 3 months contract and again extend to 3 months and then keep extending the contract. Never seen a company were you can opt for PF as it's mandatory for all companies but here it's not. There is no buyout option. Worst HR Manger who never responds to mails or calls.

I like mostly its job security and company policies. It has employee friendly rules and seniors here are very approachable and helpful.

Dislikes

Nothing much to dislike. Compensation can be increased a bit. Monetary benefit can be improved a bit is what I feel

Company is good,work culture can be decided based on managers we work.

Dislikes

The company is just paying the managers who does not work much. If they hire some 2-3 people who can be offered with same salary of managers can be helpful for the company growth.
