Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Nothing to like here, They deduct salary with no reason and don't even provide the salary slip.

Dislikes

The management is super poor. They don't care about their employees and a total fraud commitments to the student as well. No sales management with a proper solutions, zero customer service, managers are not professional use bad languages and Highly unprofessional. Even the owner of this company can't stick to his words. He don't even value of his own words and commitments.

I started working in SNVA Ventures/Careerera since 2022 and I have received multiple opportunities to grow my skills and my compensation. Amazing work environment within the team.

Dislikes

Company is working in 5.5 days a week. I hope the management changes it to 5 days completely in future.

Its been 2 years Learned alot from this company & Mentors are very helpful. Good for freshers as well. Working culture extremely nice.

Nothing to dislike but yes as a feedback I would like to share the shift timings are very inflexible.
