Working at CareerBuilder was good till now. Good work life balance, Advance technologies used so learning part is more.

Dislikes

...r with another company, things changed. Everyday you have fear of getting fired. The another bad part is bonus and appraisal. I have not get discussed bonus as per the document. Also the appraisal happened only once in these 3 years, also only 2.5%.

I have received a mail regarding the job openings. Career builders has asked me to pay the payment for premium plan. And after that they have asked me to pay more money And nobody has informed me. And now no one is reverting back . Even the numbers are not reachable. Can you please look into this matter on urgent basis. Is this opportunity does career builders gives to the clients.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
