Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Work culture in Career Tree HR Solutions is excellent. We have opportunity to learn. For Freshers CT will be a best place to start with their carrier. CT will give us space to give suggestions and to implement it.

They play with trust of people as with me ..they make people believe that they are with them to find suitable job but after taking huge amount from them nobody knows where they went even you can't contact them ...shame on you guys

Company is good in terms of learning attributes & work life balance

Dislikes

no career growth , politics , not transparent , especially branch heads are very narrow minded to let their down-line employees grow . Salary standards are not good . they expect us to work all 365 days with the peanuts they give.
