I have the freedom to explore a lot of avenues and do the work in my way. A perfect boss (more of a mentor), good team members, and a beautiful office right at the heart of the city. Overall, an excellent experience in my two and a half years of working here at Career Toppers.

Likes

I liked each and every aspect of the company. Right from the work culture, environment, team members, pay structure, pay schedule and most of all our Founder Saurrish Ghosh Sir. I liked each and every aspect of the organization. Saurrish Sir is a gem of a person and a very genuine human being. He treated all of us, including the house keeping members with lot of love, care and compassion. I have learnt a lot of things from him. My job role was to maintain proper liaison with various schools, teachers and other educational institutes. I got my payments on time and I had no problems whatsoever working at Career Toppers. Saurrish Sir was more like a mentor and guide to me. I genuinely recommend Career Toppers to those who are interested to learn, work and grow.

Our founder is a gem of a person. He helps me with all my assignments. He does pay me on time. Treats me really well. Respects me and sometimes overlooks my errors as well. He is extremely punctual and very passionate towards his work.

I am a student of St. Xavier's College. I worked for Career Toppers as an Content Strategist Intern for almost six months and my experience with Career Toppers and Saurrish Sir has been very rewarding and enriching. I have learnt a lot of work and process from him. I can say that he is punctual and perfectionist. Always takes the initiative of explaining things very clearly. A good human at heart. This was my first work outside academics and I learnt a lot here. I intend to apply for a suitable position post my College, if vacancy still exists then. I got my stipend on time and most importantly Saurrish Sir has given me value and I am treated really well. I got my payments on time.

One of the best small companies in Kolkata to work for especially for the freshers. I have worked in this organization for almost four years and I have learnt a lot of things during my working tenure. To begin with, Saurrish Ghosh (Founder of Career Toppers) is a man of character and commitment. Work is a process and process is everything has been taught to me by Saurrish Sir in the most comprehensive manner possible. He has shown me that there exists solution to any problem if there is positive intent. I was paid well as compared to the market standards. Saurrish Sir is a perfectionist personified. Not only was I paid well but on time too. I have seen many parents and students appreciated Sir's efforts. I wish all the very best to this organisation and may this company grows in leaps and bounds in the years to come.

To be very honest, I was cent percent content working here at Career Toppers. However, there were few issues on my health front. This compelled me to leave the Organization. I would have otherwise never parted with Career Toppers.
