There is no proper communication with employee .They are not giving the salary tk the company .Fake offer letter .They didn't provide the salary slip.Rude behaviour by the owner .No manner of talking with the employee .They only give false hope regarding incentive .No such things of incentive you will be lucky if you get your salary .

If you are the person who are self motivated person so you can go for career mantra... I love my work.. But there is not any security for you life and job

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Career mantra is a fake company. You really needs to beg for salary. And still you will get 0 money. Mr. Alam husaain is a very big cheater.

They will take work from you and then will not give you any payment.

every thing is satisfactory in that organization good career growth, freely working environment and no pressure of targets an all.

basic salary just little bit low but the incentive part is beyond expectations.

I am working in career mantra since 7 years and it is a great journey ,I have completed 7 years in same environment because the environment is very good here ,Mr Alam Hussain sir is very friendly behaved with his employee ,he understands everything very nicely and helps us all grow financially and personally as well This company feels more like home Thanks to career mantra for standing with us
