Everything, The seniors who are working there from years are working there for their personal life benefits from the director of the company, they dominate other employees, the HR acts like a irresponsible crackhead, she is always jumping around unprofessionally, spreading illegal things about people, she links people for her fun even after saying that they’re uncomfortable with what she is saying, guess she thinks everyone is filthy/slutry charactered like her, shame on her on being a woman, moreover the worst part is uncles of the office, senior men supporting her in this untruthful gossips and laugh off, seems like their women in their respective houses are characterless like that which makes them think every woman is, which is not! The manager who does everything from ZOOM and never present physically orders to do the job according to her way forgetting each individual have their own way of working, not at flexible, worst timings, work pressure is way too much, the company expertises mainly in UK mostly, second is US and thirds is France, Dubai and Canada that is all. No other country is professionally done there, no direct tie ups all third parties! Never saw any students walk in like in other consultancies, they pressurise people to contribute money for birthday parties, I don’t understand how they getting so many reviews on google, sure must be paid reviews, Work preassure is toooo much, doesn’t understand pov of juniors, always want employees to listen to the seniors. They got the award of “best place to work” which is also scam because the director has said we have to answer questions and he will be seeing which employe answered negatively and fearing him everyone commented positive! The employees keep ranting about the same like they are the perfect example of “eat dirt for money” cunning people. The disgusting part was, a female employee suffered chest pain on day and after a day, they fired her because they didn’t want to risk her health on their company and said other employees that she left company by her will. Bunch of liars and nasty people who go to any extent to promote their company.
