Job security as per stake holders is critical, but the work culture and from the management side was supportive and enthusiastic . Apart from all these the best thing is it's policy, all are equal from top to bottom and no racial discrimination, very good for female employee.

...hem neither the juniors reach out to the seniors for their concerns and queries. It's operating like govt organisation and seniors are only concern about their salary and benefits but when it comes to juniors or mid level no one is concerned. No scope of learning.
