Work life balance.

Dislikes

...ganised company. Seems the company is running by some unprofessional peoples. 3. No proper Salary structure/Scale. This is the worse case in this company. There is no salary scale for every position. Employee is getting more high package then to their reporting manager. 4. No yearly increment policy and no hope for bonus. 5. There no proper follow for Internal job posting (IJP) policy. Staff gets hired easily. Mostly done by recommendation.

...ates are supportive and the management is transparent.company policies are good.appraisals are fair and thy give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2 year before which you can not resign.on the job.

Overall good experience by self motivation and self business leaders generation. Management is also good and lotes of politics by the company supervisor

...and hidden information by the superiors management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is direct in covid-19 period career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

No Job security, Politics toh sab jagah hi hoti h lekin waha Kam se Kam HR department toh hota h. Lekin here in Religare (care insurance) everything is pathetic. Zonal HR Mani Chhabra very bad experience. I will suggest to join this Co. Only to my enemies.

Giving 1 star is also not deserving for them, I am still struggling for my salary which is not paid during lock down period. Also EPF CONTRIBUTION not deposited in account.
