Third class company, there is no job security ,upper management is very rude not ready to listen employees problem and unexpected salary deduction and there is no conveince

Life me kbhi yha job nhi kruga kyuki yha es company and company ke emp ne mere shath bhut glt kiya Jo mer bussiss 2022'23 jo km Kiya vh mere boss ne Dharmshala me ja kr kisi or ke code me dalva diya jo ki bar bar puchta rha me or koi help na milen ke bad muje job chodni pdi

Overall it was good experience except compensation.

Your job is highly secure in this company but in my view company should provide annual assessment also to other employees who can't achieve promotion even after doing more than 80 percent of target.

...rance. All level of management are supportive and help to growth in the company. Company had not deducted a Singal peny from salary and paid full salary in lockdown.

No Job security, Politics toh sab jagah hi hoti h lekin waha Kam se Kam HR department toh hota h. Lekin here in Religare (care insurance) everything is pathetic. Zonal HR Mani Chhabra very bad experience. I will suggest to join this Co. Only to my enemies.

Giving 1 star is also not deserving for them, I am still struggling for my salary which is not paid during lock down period. Also EPF CONTRIBUTION not deposited in account.
