There is no one thing which I liked. 3 months notice period is bad. It will eat all your performance allownces and bonus and gratuity. Management have no any kindness towards employee. All fake promises.

It's a very long list trust me it's not worth to work here. They will call you any time they don't care it's a Sunday or it's middle of the night, most of the time i woke late nights and thy don't consider your efforts.
