If you become a full-time employee after joining as an intern, your salary would probably be 3 times less than that of the industry standard Few devs are very lazy and uninspiring developers that cannot keep up with the new tech stack Heavy reliance on young devs to do most of the work Hikes are bad and effort is not rewarded, although the company is trying to fix this now

—— Not a product base standard company —— 1. Internal Politics - Cannot grow unless you have a supporting manager 2. No proper review/feedback systems (targeting employees) 3. Not a product base standard company, just like any service based company and worse comparatively. At least, service based companies have strict policies and systems. There’s Nothing such here. 4. Mostly average/low skilled employees with 0 product/domain knowledge. 5. Mostly operated and controlled by US employees, India employees are to support like vendors. 6. Long hours (upto 12pm) and weekend deployments 7. Development, Devops, testing, Support all should be performed by ourselves along with rotational on-calls (24hrs) including weekend support. (Poor on-call allowance) 8. Senior Employees without any development experience might supervise/manage the developers and engineers.
