i liked being owner to myself most of d times as no branch in hyd i dont hav any higher pressure but i show my wrk daily though videos n pics to mumbai branch.

...y informs that company is no more because they need my video n pics of daily.... no salary of my last wrkng mnth... no single benefit to employee.... no team wrk.... no respect to employee... no proper communication... frankly manager sadat and rakesh are their to take only salaries they dont hav responsible at all about company growth.... they dont even show interest as much i show on company growth...

...onths and it has beeen an wonderful experience .the work culture is outstanding.the compensation os competitive and its rewarding to be recognized for our contributions. the working environment is both comfortable and inspiring.

Great company culture Work-life balance is there and a few managers are really great Cafeteria and transportation options A few projects are working with the best tech

If you become a full-time employee after joining as an intern, your salary would probably be 3 times less than that of the industry standard Few devs are very lazy and uninspiring developers that cannot keep up with the new tech stack Heavy reliance on young devs to do most of the work Hikes are bad and effort is not rewarded, although the company is trying to fix this now

High parity in pay, nowhere close to industry Work distribution is highly skewed, if you are honest with your work you will be over burdened Leadership and team management is poor, no proper direction Lack of good senior engineers to drive technology

Likes

It definitely has to be the work life balance. The pressure is relatively low in the department I was part of. The people are friendly.

Dislikes

I was part of 3 teams (which are pretty similar), and there was barely any work. Not going breaking. And most of the roles seem like a dead end. Could not see myself grow in that company.
